Delivery

Please be reminded that all of my items are handmade and may take up to two weeks to be made before shipping. Orders are sent from our Copenhagen shop with GLS, GLS pakkeshop or UPS after we receive a verified payment. 

Please allow 2 to 5 business days to receive your package after it have been dispatched from us.

While we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, L’atelier Joné cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or loss of orders due to circumstances beyond our control.

Duties and Taxes

Please note that all international deliveries may be subject to additional taxes and duties, and you will be responsible for these costs.

Denmark:

Delivered to your door: 62 DKK including VAT (approx. 9 Euro)

Delivered to a package shop: 47 DKK including VAT (approx. 7 Euro)

Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through L’atelier Joné

*At the moment we only ship inside Denmark, but we will launch a worldwide shipping soon.

Track your delivery

A tracking link directing you to the carrier’s portal will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped.

Payment

All payments are through Mobilepay.

Please contact us if you are based outside Denmark or don’t have access to Mobilepay.

For submitting an order, please contact us through below contact formular or contact us on Instagram with a private message. 

We will send you an email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Sold out:

Because all items are made by hand and in small quantities and in limited fabrics, please note that once an item is sold out, it is unlikely to be back in stock in the same material. You can contact us at info@latelierjone.com for specific requests.

Returns:

In accordance with Danish law under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftalelovens), the consumer has, as a general rule, a right of withdrawal, cf. (§ 18). According to (§ 18, 3 p.), however, the main rule does not apply to goods which are specially produced after the specification of the consumer and which due to their nature cannot be returned.

All products offered by L’atelier Joné are made-to-order and are therefore individually made for each customer. As such, those products cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not provide full returns. We do, however, offer a full exchange service if the delivered product doesn’t match the ordered styling specifications.

The return of a product based on fabric or styling preference is not possible.

In case a item has been produced with a fabrication defect or with large deviations we will, by agreement with the customer, replace the item or ask for it to be send back to redo the item. This request should be received latest 14 days after receiving the item.

Warranty:

At L’atelier Joné there is a 2 years warranty on all main products. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. Please contact us at info@latelierjone.com if you have a warranty claim including photos of the claim area and a description of the claim.
